By now we are all familiar with the Ascension process and have been experiencing Ascension Symptoms for quite some time. But to recap, let’s just say that Ascension is the process of increasing in frequency. It happens as you bring more of your Divine light and presence into physical form. As a part of the ascension process your aura expands, your chakras open and evolve, and dormant DNA becomes activated. Progress on your ascension path allows you to experience the higher vibrational realms of multi-dimensional consciousness.
Increased spiritual perception, awakened psychic and spiritual abilities, awakened compassion for humanity, the Earth and all beings, and a greater alignment with Divine synchronicity are all symptoms of ascension and spiritual awakening.
There are however some ascension symptoms that can cause real discomfort. Challenges, emotional struggles, and mental and physical pain may occur as you walk the ascension path of transforming dense and lower vibrations into a high vibrational crystalline light form.
When you are on an ascension path, any area of your life in which you are still engaged in the old paradigm or dense energy, comes up for review in some way.
Things that no longer serve your highest and greatest good will crumble, fall away and dissolve to make way for what will ultimately serve you in the highest possible vibration for your life.
Relationships, jobs, hobbies, habits, beliefs, living arrangements, diet, patterns, belief systems, and more may change, fall away, or be transformed into a higher vibrational manifestation which more fully serves your soul growth and ascension path.
When you hold onto the old… your symmptoms will increase. If you let go and go with the flow, they will be less intense and shorter lived. Let go and let it all happen.
When you do this, and trust that the Universe knows what is right for you in this moment, you will experience incredible soul growth and immense blessings on your ascension path and in your life.

Drink more water!
Salt bath, Sauna or Shower
Use crystals and gemstones for grounding and balance
Invoke your Guides or Angels
Sleep or rest when needed
Eat clean, avoid processed foods
Ensure your chakras are balanced
Spend time in nature. Garden or hug a tree!
Avoid medicines -- go naturopathic or herbal
Get Reiki or Healing touch
Avoid news, Violent TV or Media
Stay away from Negative or aggressive people
Spend time with animals
Listen to your body, don’t try to fit in with what is socially acceptable. Do whats right for you in this now!
Listen to calming music
Find Other people who understand
Be creative, do art or crafting
Keep your tongue up, touching the roof of your mouth
Breathe! Many of us forget to breathe properly. It’s very important
After conscious clearing or meditation, it is good to visualize white light coming down into your body to fill the areas where the lower vibrational energies once were. Keep your thoughts centered in your heart in love. We will all get through this at our own time and pace. Remain heart centered at all times and these symptoms will be gone before you know it and you will be well on your way to your new higher vibrational version of you self!
