Reiki is Universal Healing Energy, which is channeled through the  Reiki Practitioner to the recipient.   I have been trained in and am a Master in Usui Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, Crystal Reiki and Angelic Ki.  I am happy to share this universal healing energy with you. 

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" , but can also be done by distance, or remotely.  Reiki is  based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through and connects us all.  

 

We all have access to this life force energy, otherwise known as our Chi, Qi or prana, as it flows through each and every living being. Distance Reiki provides just one of many ways to link to and channel this energy for the healing benefit of others.

Distance Reiki works on the foundation that we are all connected, we are all energy in form  and all part of the same  Universal One-ness. As such, invoking healing energy during a distance Reiki session allows the practitioner to link to the energy field of you, the recipient and help you to heal your self.
