Chakra Activation is the process of restoring a harmonious flow of energy across the chakra system. The effect of well balanced chakras often translates into a feeling of well-being, relaxation,balance, increased vitality and physical, mental and  spiritual health.

There are 7 main chakras in your body, as well as chakras in your hands and feet and above your head (Soul Star Chakra) and below your feet.  Each chakra governs certain physical and emotional parts of your self.  When these chakras are not functioning properly, this can cause emotional and physical pain, discomfort and dis-ease.

During a Chakra Activation session, I  will use  Reiki as  well as Light Medicine energy to Activate and balance your chakras causing you to feel more healthy emotionally,  physically and spiritually.  

A Chakra Activation is recommended before you do a Lightbody or Soul Star Activation as a way to prepare your body, mind and soul  for these sessions.
